Research has demonstrated that virtual therapy is effective in treating mental health issues. If you’ve ever used Skype or FaceTime, then you’ve used the same type of technology telehealth uses. Our practice uses a specific program to implement virtual therapy because it is HIPAA compliant and secure. We can help you become comfortable with the program.
